This is to share with you that recently the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon, launched its Electronic Real Estate Services.

It’s an interesting tool to check the following:

1. Viewing title register
2. Transaction tracking  
3. Fees simulation

This initiative by the Ministry of Finance is an interesting step towards cutting bureaucracy, reducing corruption and increasing efficiency in the real estate sector in Lebanon.
 
We will always be looking forward for similar initiatives that can regulate this sector in a better and more efficient way.
